I get erections in morning but not daily. Sometimes i have erection in morning but when i get up my erection goes away.

Sir i have used surbex z for one month. My erection quality improved alot. but my issue of drops did not resolve. Drops slips out on just slight sexual feelings and also after uriniation. Kindly prescribe me medicine for this.
