Talk to Gynecologist on Contraception

I am a mother of 2 kids. I had a cesarean in March 2015 then march 2017. Married in December 2013. My questions is I always had 6 days regular period. From last 6 months I am using familia 28 for contraception.

My periods are reduced to 3 days less bleeding no uterine wall clots seen in periods like line break of uterus. Plus my weight is stuck at 82kg. I am taking normal diet fruits milk roti 2 times. No fizzy drinks pizza burger.

1) Why my periods are reduced? 2) Weight increase is due to familia 28 or what I am breast feeding my 1.1 year old. 3) does it happen ur body looks swelled but u r actually not that fat? 4) i used Yaz tablets once a month in july 2017 but it caused dizziness lack of sex drive tiredness so i didn't take this time. I used on and off contraception as my husband was out of country.

Suggest me how to loose weight plus periods reduction reason.
