I am extremely fatigued and having weakness, I feel Tiredness all the time. Can't concentrate on my life affairs and unable to keep myself energized. Is there any medicine to boost my body energy and make me feel fresh? Also any consultant you can suggest me.

I want to gain my weight so that i can be more sharp and active and overcome tireness, fatigue and weakness. Any medicine for it?
To me it feels more like mental health related issue because of stress/anxiety. However i suggest you get baseline bloods done to rule out any organic cause; cbc u&e Lft hbaic TFt. If you agree this may be bc of stress then u need to address those issues as well as try a psychologist
