I am suffering from fissure since last 7 months with a larg skin tag which gets swell when pressure is applied. My gernal surgeon recommended me surgery but she refused to remove skin tag. Should i get it removed? Will there be any problem in future if i dont remove it? Plz reply
It is better to get the tag removed as it will cause hygiene issues in future as fecal matter may get trapped in it
Skin tag by itself is not a problem.if u do surgery for fissure it would be removed by the surgeon at that time.but if ur fissure is cured without surgery then leave the skin tag as such as it has got no complications except maybe that it looks bad and feels awakward when u touch it
