sorry to hear about your problems.seems a long-standing problem, how is your urine flow, have you ever passed blood in urine any urethral discharge, any h.o sexual health issues , any dribble, is burning is the initial part of stream or all along this information is important.if no evidence of chronic infections then you will be better off seeing urology for a cystoscopy to rule out urethral or bladder problems .you can send a urine c/s and chlamydia PCR prior to this to ensure no abx is needed.
