my daughter is 45days old.after birth she is doing potty regularly.but after few days she constipated.once 6 days she doesn't poo and I put glycerin suppòsitory.then again 5days no poo and I put suppository.then again 3 days no poo I again put suppository.now again 3 days what to do she is not doing potty on her own.digas colic drops.bonnisan.vidaylin drops.hamdard ghutti.everything I tried

I have gone to Doctor for her check up.he first advised to put suppository after 2 days for 10 days.if problem of potty not solved then came to me.
now I have gone after 10 days he gave me cefim medicine.and told to put suppository daily for 3 days and if problem remain came after 15 days we will do x ray of her
