Hi there, I am suffering from overthinking since 10 years. Before it was not problem but from previous one year is trouble and painful for me.
2nd and main issue is that whenever I am doing anything (even routine and normal things) my mind always realizes me "you are doing this thing". How can I stop the nonsense thought and process of mind? THIS IS NOW EFFECTING MY SOCIAL LIFE WHICH MAKES ME WORRIED.
3rd- Whenever I am talking to someone (face to face or even on phone) my mind realizes me that I am talking to him. I am extra focusing on talk and face of the person in front of me, this act makes me confuse and I can not continue the discussion.
I am out of Pakistan (in KSA) and can not find a good psychologist for counseling. Until I could return back, I need some basic and effective suggestions to come to routine life.
Divert yourself toward more positive things.
Take good quality of sleep.
Take healthy meals three times a day.
Talk to friend or relative about stress issues
Read a book to divert thoughts.
