Talk to Dermatologist on Acne Spots

Asking For Wife, Female 28, Lahore

My wife is having acne on her face and after use of acne face wash there is no acne but spots are still there. Please advise what should be used for spots removal. Picture is attached as well. Any dermatologist please advise.

It is not clear. You should get her check for proper treatment and further prevention of acne. You can use adapco gel at night time only on scars. Only a little quantity.
