I am 26 years old female here are my reports TSH profile and cbc although my eco and ecg are clear i have done all these tests because one night i woke up wid palpitations and shortness of breath doctor suggested blood test and echo ecg i am also having some anxiety due to personal issues now my TSH and T3 are normal but T4 is slightly elevated my general physician said its hyperthyroidism you have to take newmercazole daily while cardiologist said its not thyroid problem its because of anemia and stress now i am taking inderal 10mg daily because my heart rate remains 120-130.and fefolvit for anemia can you plzz guide me is it related to thyroid or not plzz??
yes it would be good idea to share other investigations to see whats extent of anemia as one should not expect this degree of tachycardia in mild to moderate anemia
For sure you don’t need anti thyroid medicine at parent, are you taking any oral contraceptives, what is marital status & pregnancy? Any drug you are on ? Any h/o hepatitis, Because all these can effect later

I am not taking any med except fefolvit for iron but i am. Having severe anxiety onlu at night difficulty in sleep
