I have severe pain in stomach, intestines, and belly for two months. I have consulted many doctors but it didn't helped much. The pain worsen with food. The pain sometime happens in whole belly including stomach and some time on a specific location. Unable to fart as well. Gas in belly dosent come out which worsen the pain. Bowl movement alson increase pain kindly help

I am 26 years old. I left job a month ago and now continuing my studies as full time student. My weight droped from 69 to 60kg. I mostly dont do lunch and sometime miss breakfast also. I go to sleep at 11 Pm.
