Weight loss via diet isn't that difficult. All you need is an appropriate diet plan and lifestyle changes to get to your goals. It will be done via call in whoch we'll dicuss details of your family history of diseases, you own concerns, your general eating patterns, you clinical history, your blood reports (if any) etc. Then i'll make a diet plan for you and we'll discuss it again over call so that we can make changes if need be.
