Thanks for asking the question. After going through all the history apparently it does not seem to be related with liver disease. Quite possible there are some other general body issues after delivery which are creating these problems. To rule out first of all I will advise you for ultrasound abdomen and then if possible visit the hospital to find any other issues related with liver disease. For back pain, it may or may not related with pregnancy and sometimes persists after pregnancy. Muscle relaxant can be used for this. Tab. Nuberol forte or Tab muscuril morning and evening. If symptoms persists please visit the hospital....Get well soon..
