I am in dubai last ten years i was eating from restaurant and during that i become the pile patient after that i start cooking by myself since then i am not taking any cold drinks and no snacks but only biscuits some times. Here breakfast like pratha or bread i am not taking lunch some times i take and dinner between 8 to 9.
