Hi, i am a medical student. I thi i always have been a very sensitive one but recently, after my father had healthy issues and angioplasty, i have entered the worst phase of my life. 24/7 i experience extreme negative thoughts, anger issue towards family. I am worried all the time. I really do need help and so does my father. I believe he is not taken care the way he should be. But i cant say much to him, i am afraid to talk about this issue. I just cant handle my emotions. I dont know what to do.
