I have been to multiple doctors including a neurologist and endocrinologist. I have severe weakness in my muscles. To the point that I have trouble walking. I get tired in 5 minutes. If I run my knees hurt. I have digestive issues. Yellow floating stools and constant bloating. I also have small lumps under my nipples which I think is gyno. My shbg is very high 80nmol. I think it's a liver issue. I'm 18 and want a diagnosis so I can go on with my life. Is there a doctor in isb that will work with me thoroughly to find a solution.

We need to rule out Osteomalacia, teratoma, Cushing's, Adrenal malfunction and some other hormonal disturbances

We don't have complete history and Examination. (Including assessment for secondary sexual characteristics and genital development, Body weight and BMI etc) Do you go to gym. Do You use any type of steroids/hormones. Do you have X-Rays of wrist joints.

17 hydroxy progesterone levels.
Serum Ca++ and PO4 levels

SHBG has probably nothing to do with your weakness unless you have have erectile dysfunction, gynaecomastia ( breast enlargment) or other male sexual disorder. muscle weakness especially thigh muscles and shoulder muscle weakness may be due to myopathy ( inflammation in muscles) or nutritional deficiency which could be very relevant in your case as you have digestive problems. floating of stools mean you have malabsorption leading to deficiency of fat soluble vitamins. fatigue may be secondary to anemia
what about ur routine labs, what about ur u/s whole abdomen, what is ur wt,
what is ur routine, do u eat healthy diet or mostly hoteling, wht about ur
physical activities. all these factors plus thorough examination help out
for diagnosis .
