Sir my baby has hirshprungs disease, his colostromy surgery also has done. Now last week his surgery is done Endo Rectal Pull Through but after this surgery still the gangolian cell are not appeared in bioapsy test by agha khan. Now what is solution of this at this stage. Plz guide me.
ganglion cells will not appear in the affected part... during surgery not functioning part is removed and connection made between parts containing ganglion cells
