Salam Sir. Sir I am dealing with Ocd from last 7, 8 years. I didnt knew these thoughts are because of ocd. My thoughts drain me and cause severe anxiety. I had bad thoughts that I cannot even imagine. And unless and until I dont confess them I dont get peace. Sir its disturbing my life now. I dont know whether to see a psychatrist or a psychologist. Sir can ocd be treated? Now the situation is getting worse as I am doubting everything and blaming things that I know are not true to my loved ones. Sir my relationships are getting affected I dont know what to do please guide me
