Asking for Self, Male, 32 years old, Lahore
I am having lower back pain and my muscles are really stiff right now, I am unable to bend properly. It has been over 4 month now. I have visited various doctors and also attended physiotherapy session but to no avail. What should I do now, should I go for an MRI to check the current situation of my muscles?
mri is not treatment. if its only muscle problem, mri is wastage of money.
you need to see an orthopaedic specialist and let him decide what you need.
may be you are not taking right precautions, that's why Physio is unsuccessful.

Thank You Dr. Muhammad Bilal for your kind advice.
Yes you may be right, since I am doing an office job which requires continuous sitting that I feel is one the reasons, but to add to that I have no other option as I have to continue doing the job. That is why I feel it is taking much longer than expected to get over my problem.

you can keep doing your job but with little extra care.
regular exercises, right posture, and precautions to protect your back will help you get fit and work for longer.
