two days ago i saw my face turn into right and left side is totally tighten and no movement so i go to doctor for medication that give some type of tablets now five days about to go but no improvemnts

You need to take steroids and do physiotherapy of the paralyzed facial side. Polyfax eye ointment is also recommended. You better see a Neurologist for this purpose.

Dear Patient,
It seems that you have suffered from left facial nerve palsy. Best treatment is to start oral steriods (Prednisolong 1mg/kg/day) within 3 days of onset....i hope your doctor has started it. You have to continue it for 10 days. After that you may just wait. Usually it will recover in 2-6 weeks. Meanwhile you have to keep your left eye covered some eye patch during the night sleep and continue physiotherapy.
