Asking for Mother, Female, 58 years old, Quetta
My mother noticed a lump in her right breast. She did her usg that was not conclusive so she did her mammography. The details have been attached in files related to mamo report and usg. Please give advise what further evaluation is needed? To add, my mother's mom had a breast cancer and her aunt as well . Will be waiting for your reply

Hence she had a strong family history of breast cancer and she is at high risk group. Kindly send me the Mammogram x-ray films and age of the patient before further comment.
But she needs complete examination and follow up with medical professional.

Should see a Doctor who has experience in Breast exam in Quetta and She probably will need Biopsy, She can visit in Pak Onco Care or can see a Breast Surgeon in Quetta.

on the basis of above reports and positive family history, your mother definitely needs a thorough examination by a breast surgeon or an oncologist and a biopsy is the requirement to finally diagnose a patient.

she need USG guided trucut biopsy of right sided breast lump then follow up
with biopsy report with primary physiscian. Preferably surgical oncologist.
