History of hepatits.... within one month sudden weight loss... liver HCC found in CT scan report... legs swell ...ct scane report is attached and plz now suggest me what kind of therapy is possible
Sorry for late reply as I am currently out of country for my Hepatobiliary and Liver Transplant conference and will come back Pakistan today. As you have mentioned that age is 55 but ct is showing 40 years, any how I need to know the hepatitis status, liver functions tests , serum AFP. We can consider this patient for liver resection to remove the cancer by using portal vein embolization so that remaining liver may increase in size before surgery. Please feel free to ask more .....

Sorry mu mom died on same day due to last stage of liver cancer .... but i was too much late .. i should consalt earlier ...
