Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Pain

i am having pain around my bladder, around belly butten and near apendex but i have apendex operation 10 years ago its not because of that. there is a lot of gas in my stomach i can feel gas moving inside my small and big interstine and i also having problem emptying my stomach when i put even a little force on my belly during discharge it stops coming out like something is blocking it and also i donot have constipaton.i had taken medican for 15 days but no result then i asked my mom to massage my belly and i was doing great for 3 days my stomach was emptying as it should and after three day same problem.plz tell me what to do.
