Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gases & Headaches

From few months, gases often get stuck in my body. There are times when I am able to release these gases from hips, but that becomes a difficult task because they are sometimes very frequent and loud (but not smelly) and I have to go far away from people to do it. Or I can only use washrooms when no one is around which is extremely difficult since I am a student and I have to use the common washroom in my university. Other times I feel really sick when these gases stay trapped in my stomach and chest, I feel like burping from the mouth but the burp doesn't come, and simultaneously I also feel like releasing gas from the hip, but that doesn't come either. Also, these gases sometimes give me really really bad headaches.

This is really affecting my life. I am too embarrassed to share this with anyone but I really need help. Is this something of concern? What should I do? Please help.
