Talk to Dermatologist on Extreme Itching On Legs

In every Monsoon season, I've severe itching on legs especially on thighs Calf without any other issue, just severe Itching. Tab Atarax 25mg 1+1 has reduced it significantly.

How long should I take Atarax and any other tips to reduce/avoid the symptoms?
