Asking For Self, Female, 30 years old, Karachi
I have a soft tissue mass and swelling around it in anterior thigh . Have seen two general surgeons both of whom r of different opinion. Ultrasound says it is a subcutaneous mass of homogenous nature. Which doctor should i see other than general surgeon as i m not satisfied by their diagnosis. Vascular or orthpaed as it involves my thigh.
Biopsy Should be done to rule out nature of mass. Then excision biopsy done.

i will suggest you to get a doppler ultrasound... that will rule out if the mass is vascular or not.
next step may b an MRI or a biopsy depending upon what doppler suggests.

all over the world arms and legs mass are treated by orthopaedic surgrons.
but you have to find one in Karachi who is interested in operating on this.
