AOA, I feel gas problem every time with myself. Some days i go to wash room twice a day after one hour interval, is it IBS? In past 2014 i had anal fistula operation, since today i am worried about,people say it reoccurs. I feel myself in stress . after 2nd stool passing i feel itching too. i don't eat spicy foods, drinks, smoke, tea or fast food etc. Pls guide me

Sorry to hear abt it all.in additionto to all u must be ruled out regarding some other things.like crohns disease, celiac disease and hyperthyroidism.
Preferably u should be examined and undergone some tests...

Thank u Indeed very much Dr. Adeel. Your advice is very much valuable for me. Finally i met last night Dr. Shamail Zafar in Surgimed hospital , I hope & pray that ALLAH gave me Shifa from his advices & describe medicines.
Actually i got a crack while checking to Dr. Sajjad Hashmi ( CMH) , Since that day i am worried about all this. I had anal fistula operation in may 2014, since that day i am mentally weak & upset, i often recall all that happenings .
One more thing u can advice, i am taking sitz twice a day since 14 , march, Alhamdulillah now , no blood or pain, but i am doing all this for my satisfaction, pls advice should i stop this.
