Talk to General Physician on Post Not Getting Approved

Hello Dear Admins, My posts are not getting approved. I posted yesterday about the medicine and someone deleted the post without approving it then again I posted and it's still in pending process. My question was what's the best alternative of High BP tablet Extor 5/80?
