Talk to Gynecologist on PMS

Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Karachi

I have sever PMS symptoms, several website have suggested taking birth control pills, to reduce them, what can be the side affects? I will be getting married in 5 months. is it ok to take now and stop later?

Any dietary remedies if.tried?
If.not you better visit a gynecologist first .
I won't recommend.starting OCPs as the first measure at this age
