Dear 32 years old male from Islamabad.
Azoospermia is of two types.
1. Obstructive Azoospermia is correctable (provided the expertise and facilities are available)
2. Non obstructive Azoospermia (usually not correctable - various causes... needs detailed assessment including Genetic testing and chromosomal analysis and testes biopsy.
Have you seen a Urologist/fertility expert yet?
What other tests have you had so far apart from Semen Analysis.
I am sorry to say, but the medications which you have used can not correct Azoospermia.
