Talk to Urologist on Shape Of The Penis

My penis is titled downwards, as in when it gets erected it faces towards the ground. To my knowledge that can affect your sex life and confidence. From the knowledge I have, it's better if your shaft is straight. And that this problem in shape is due to wearing undergarments all day long, esp during the night, which I do. I'm concerned about this a lot and it has affected my confidence and my future sex life.

I don't have any underlying diseases. Would've attached a picture along but don't know if it's allowed or not, so I'm not going to. Hope to get a response on this.
