My elder sister has been diagnosed with CKD and is under dialysis at the moment, before her creatnine level was 14 and urea was high with protein levels. She has gone through biopsy , which shows IGA nephrology and 1 year CKD. But her physical condition was not that bad , no swelling , no ache , no pain, no urine problem etc. MashAllah she seems much better now too , she feels better , her creatnine very from 3 to 7 after dialysis. In ultrasound, size of kidney is normal . Please suggest how to proceed , can this have any remedy or Transplant is the first and last option ?
