5 Quick Steps Towards Flat Belly!

We all are fed up of having to hide our saggy belly while munching on beef burgers. But for all of us who are done with pear-shaped bodies, here are easy exercises for a flat belly!

Step 1:

Lie flat on your stomach and balance on your knees. Extend your arms and press your hands against the floor.

Step 2:

Exhale and lift your torso as your hands, forearms, and feet touch the floor. Make a straight line from your head till heels using the energy from your belly. Don’t let your hips from sagging down toward the floor.

Step 3:

Breathe and hold the posture for 10 seconds.

Step 4:

Return to the starting position.

Step 5:

Repeat the exercise three times without any break. You can improve on the exercise sets by increasing your time up to 1 minute.
