To help increase your chances of getting pregnant, these simple ideas can help protect your fertility and can boost & double your chances of conceiving.

1- IVF Technique Can Create an Embryo(S)

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is an aiding technique, where a man’s sperm and woman’s eggs are combined in a special laboratory in order to spawn an embryo. This depends on the age of the women & her condition. An embryo or embryos are transmitted to the woman’s uterus through her cervix to boost the chances of pregnancy. In the past few years, IVF was only recommended to women with clogged fallopian tubes. But, according to current practices, its success rate has improved adequately and is used for couples experiencing infertility. This involves a sperm sample, either from your partner or from a donor, which analyzed to retrieve the eggs. For optimize success, your doctor may choose to inject the sperm directly into the egg. Once the embryologist and the doctor figure out that the embryo is ready to transfer, they may place a speculum into the vaginal cavity & transfer the embryo via a plastic tube, which is placed through the cervix inside the uterine cavity.

2- Track Your Ovulating Days

One of the keys for an easy fertilization is quick-witted and to know when ovulation is occurring.

If you have a regular cycle that occurs every 28 to 32 days, you are capable to track your ovulation using the calendar method. This is the easiest way, you just have to note the 1st day of your Last Menstrual Period (LMP) with the help of a calendar and find the next corresponding period day. Once you have that, you can count back 08 to 18 days & may know that ovulation will occur on one of those days.

With a mediocre 28 days cycle, ovulation can occur on 1 day in between the 11th & 21st cycle days. For instance, in a 29-day cycle, 12-22 days are deemed as the best fertile days & for a 30-days cycle, days from 13 to 23 are considered the best days, if you want to get pregnant. Another way to track when you are ovulating is through monitoring & checking the variations in your cervical mucus.

As you approach your ovulation period, you might notice more slippery, wetter, & stretcher cervical mucus that has a smack of egg white. The change in cervical mucus is directly linked to the ovulation, and the day when you are noticing exceedingly more egg white discharge is the day when you are most fertile and expected to ovulate.

Maintaining timely sex is crucial if you are trying to conceive. It should be during or right before your ovulation. The best chances occur for a conception is when the sperm (semen) is already inside waiting for the eggs to release. You should schedule your intercourse if you are planning for a baby.
