Are you unable to keep yourself calm and stable when it comes to some special event or your hands start shivering in front of others or you experienced the feeling of fear and panic quite often? Maybe its something more than lack of confidence and you are suffering from anxiety. Accepting it is the first step to overcoming anxiety. Accept it first and then start a battle against it. Try following tips these will surely defeat your anxiety.

Manage the Things:

Mismanagement is the real root of anxiety. Manage your office or school work, keep your room organized, control your finances and maintain your personality. These management working will lower the anxiety level.

Be Prepared:

If you know about certain work or event be prepared for it. Even if you are going to start a new day get up early in the morning give yourself 10 minutes to lay on the bed before rising up just to think and plan your day.

Eat Healthily:

Healthy eating amazingly controls the anxiety level. Immediately stop intake of soda, carbonated drinks, and high-fat food. Start taking fresh fruits and vegetables to lowers the anxiety.

Go green:

Some moments with natural green environment each day will keep your mind soothe and make yourself relaxed. Take some time from your busy routine to go green.

Exercise:

Exercise, not the tough just a walk or jogging early in the morning will make you calm from deep inside. This calmness will stay with you the whole day and save you from the sudden attack of anxiety.

Feelings are not Fact:

Mostly anxiety comes due to our useless feelings and thoughts. Keep this thing in your mind that your feelings are not fact. Start doing genuine work and kick out your habit of looking busy and doing nothing.

Breath Deep:

If all else fails to counter anxiety and you feel paralyzed by anxiety than taking a deep breath. Leave all your things and working aside, just close your eyes breath deep and concrete in the air coming in and going out. Do these for 5 minutes you will find yourself relieved to some extent.
