Does the thought of a 5-step skin care routine make you smile? Are you ready to devote 30 minutes towards your skin only?. If its a yes from your end then this article is for you!!. You need a skin care routine that’s quick yet effective and we have compiled all those simple steps here for you. KEEP READING!!

The Easy Skin Care Routine For You!

1. Get Your Things Organised

In your bathroom, keep your things super short as you should exactly know where everything is. If you have any of the half-used products that you have not seen or used in a while and the chances are you won’t probably use them, THROW THEM AWAY!!. These products are only cluttering your closet. The only products that should be in front of you, keep them close by.

2. Follow A Quick Routine In The Morning

Your morning routine should be as simple as two basic steps which are:

  1. Cleanse
  2. Moisturise

Do not use a harsh soap as it can make your skin super rough and weird. Continuing with the routine, moisturize your face and neck and apply SPF. Your SPF should have both UVA and UVB broad-spectrum protection.

3. Have Your Routine Sorted At Night

The routine at night should be as simple as it is in the morning. But, as we have a little more time at night, add one more thing to your routine, which should be anti-aging in the form of a serum.

Start with:

  1. Washing your face with a gentle cleanser
  2. The next step, apply a serum (Vitamin C, Vitamin E, etc.)

Women having very oily skin should only follow the above-mentioned skin care steps. For the women who have other skin types, make sure you apply an extra layer of cream to your skin.
Moreover, women having sensitive skin should use hydrating products, but not greasy. It makes your skin breathe and you won’t wake up with excessive shine or breakouts.

4. Be Very Disciplined About Your Nutrition

Not all of us can carry a good skin care routine no matter how easy it is. If you are one of them, try to manage your beautiful skin by drinking lots of water and eating food that’s skin approved.

The foods that contain antioxidants such as leafy greens (spinach, kale, broccoli), fruits (citrus fruit, berries, and pineapple) and fish are good for your skin. So to have good, refreshing skin, your nutrition is as important as anything that you apply on your skin.

5. You Should Have All-in-1 Products For “Emergencies”

Keeping your routine to a very minimum, there are still some days when even the minimum seems a little too much. For days like these, keep some easy skin care products on hands such as skin wipes or all-in-1 moisturizers.

These will help you to cleanse make-up or dirt off from your face in no time and the moisturizer will hydrate your skin. This will be considered as your mini beauty package for the days when you can’t muster a beauty routine.
