    Bahi or Sarfarjal fruit is also referred to as ‘A fruit from Paradise’. Seeds of this fruit called are Bahi Dana; they are called Quince seeds in English. Safarjal can also treat acidity that commonly occurs during pregnancy.

    According to this Hadees, eating bahi fruit in the morning before eating anything else for maximum benefit is recommended. You can also make ‘bahi ka murabba’ using safarjal fruit and eat it with chapatis or toasts. Soaking a few grams of bahi dana in water will cause them to rise, which should be taken in the morning before breakfast to treat any given issues. You can also ask a dietitian to recommend the amount of bahi dana you should consume according to your condition.
