According to this Hadees, eating bahi fruit in the morning before eating anything else for maximum benefit is recommended. You can also make ‘bahi ka murabba’ using safarjal fruit and eat it with chapatis or toasts. Soaking a few grams of bahi dana in water will cause them to rise, which should be taken in the morning before breakfast to treat any given issues.
