    Allergy

    • If you are allergic to budesonide, glycopyrrolate, formoterol, or arformoterol, or if you have any other allergies, see your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication.

    Patients of any Disease

    • If you have current or past infections such as TB, heart issues, high blood pressure, seizures, bone loss, eye problems, overactive thyroid, diabetes, difficulties urinating, or liver disease. Then, consult your doctor before using Breztri Aerosphere.

    Heart Patients

    • This product has the potential to induce a cardiac rhythm disorder (QT prolongation). It can be dangerous for heart patients.

    Elderly

    • Older individuals may be more vulnerable to the drug’s adverse effects, particularly QT prolongation.

    Pregnant and Lactating

    • This drug should be taken only when plainly necessary during pregnancy.
    • Budesonide is excreted in breast milk. It is uncertain if glycopyrrolate or formoterol enter breast milk. Before breastfeeding, consult your doctor.

    Weak Immune System

    • If you have a weaker immune system, Breztri Aerosphere might further damage your immune system. This may increase your risk of infection. Your doctor can tell you if using Breztri Aerosphere is safe for you.

    Kidney Issues

    Breztri Aerosphere is not known to be safe or effective in those with renal issues. Discuss any renal issues you are experiencing with your doctor.

    General Instructions

    Here are some general instructions to use the Breztri inhaler:

    1. If you are using the inhaler for the first time, if you have not used it in a week or longer, if you dropped the inhaler, or if you placed the canister back into the inhaler after cleaning, follow the priming instructions.
    2. When priming the inhaler, spray away from your face to avoid getting the drug into your eyes.
    3. Before usage, give the inhaler a good shake. Inhale this drug by mouth, generally twice daily, as instructed by your doctor in the morning and in the evening.
    4. Between inhalations, wait at least 1 minute.
    5. Gargle, rinse your mouth with water, and spit out after each usage to avoid dry mouth, hoarseness, and oral yeast infections.
    6. To get the most out of this drug, take it on a daily basis. Use it at the same time every day to help you remember.
    7. Do not raise your dose, take it more frequently, or discontinue it without first visiting your doctor.
    8. If you are taking multiple inhalers at the same time, wait at least 1 minute between each one.

    Breztri Inhaler might interact with the following drugs:

    • Inhibitors of Cytochrome P450 3A4
    • Adrenergic Drugs
    • Xanthine Derivatives, Steroids, or Diuretics
    • Non-Potassium Sparing Diuretics
    • Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors
    • Tricyclic Antidepressants
    • QTc Prolonging Drugs
    • Beta-adrenergic Receptor Blocking Agents
    • Anticholinergics

    Dosage

    This medicine is only for oral inhalation. The dosage recommendations for Breztri Aerosphere is according to its prescription are:

    • For COPD maintenance treatment, 2 inhalations of Breztri Aerosphere twice daily through oral inhalation.
    • Takin to take two puffs in the morning and two puffs in the evening.
    • Each inhalation includes 160 micrograms of budesonide, 9 micrograms of glycopyrrolate, and 4.8 micrograms of formoterol.

    Untaken Dose

    • Take the Breztri Aerosphere dose you missed as soon as you remember.
    • If it is almost time for your next dosage, skip the missed dose.
    • Never double up on a dose to make up for a missed one.

    Overdose

    • If you suspect an overdose, call your doctor right once.
    • Overdose symptoms may include rash, itching, bloating, etc.
