Log in
Log in to Marham Find A Doctor by using your Facebook account or any other accounts i.e google. You can also create a new account to access the services.

Choose Speciality
Whether you have planned to consult a general physician or a cardiologist, we have a list of specialities collected for you. Tap on the option which says ‘consult a specialist doctor online’ on your home screen. Choose from the list of specialities according to your requirement.
Choose Doctor
After you have decided about the speciality, look out for the doctor you want to consult with. Confused about which doctor to consult, you have a lot of information to look up to. Every doctor has their rating, reviews and areas of interests mentioned so you can make your decision after going through their profiles. All the reviews and ratings mentioned are originally from the patients.
Consult Online
Once you have chosen your doctor, you’ll now be able to see multiple options on your screen. Look out for ‘Consult Online’ right underneath the doctor’s details and proceed to the next step.
Enter Details
The next page you’ll be looking at would ask for your basic details. Mention your requested date and time of your consultation followed by the patient’s name and contact number. You’re now ready to proceed to the next page.
Choose Payment Method
Proceeding to next step, you’ll be having three options through which you can make your payment.
- Easypaisa
- Jazz Cash
- Bank Transfer
Choose the method which suits you the best and take a screenshot of the transaction details.
Attach Evidence
Once you are done with the payment, attach your screenshot to the attach evidence window and proceed to the next page.
Wait For Confirmation
While your payment is under review and after it is confirmed you’ll get a notification.
Join Chatroom Using Notification
The confirmation notification that you received after the payment will redirect you to the chatroom where you’ll be having your consultation. Whilst the doctor is joining, you’ll be asked to wait for a while in the waiting area.
Go To Consultation Room
As soon as the doctor joins, you’ll get a notification saying ‘Go to the consultation room’. By confirming it, you’ll be able to start a call with your doctor.
Continue To Prescription
After you are done with your consultation, the doctor will guide you about your prescription. With no extra efforts, you’ll be able to access your prescription after the call ends.
