    Fatigue Meaning In Urdu:

تھکاوٹ ‘ کمزوری کا مستقل احساس ہے جو جسمانی، ذہنی، یا دونوں کا مجموعہ ہو سکتا ہے ۔ تھکاوٹ ایک علامت ہے، بیماری نہیں۔ جب آپ تھک جاتے ہیں، تو آپ کے پاس کوئی حوصلہ اور توانائی نہیں ہوتی ہے۔

Fatigue is a common symptom of many medical conditions, from mild to severe. It can also be caused by certain lifestyle choices, such as a lack of exercise or a poor diet.
Consult your doctor if your fatigue does not improve with rest and nutrition or if you suspect it is caused by an underlying physical or mental health condition. They can assist you in determining the source of your fatigue and working with you to treat it.

What Are The Causes Of Fatigue?

Lifestyle factors, physical health issues, and mental health conditions are some of the factors that cause or influence your fatigue.

    Sleep Deprivation:

It may seem obvious, but you may be getting too little sleep, and this can have a negative impact on both your concentration and your health. Adults should sleep for 7-8 hours per night.

    Poor Nutrition:

Fatigue is caused by eating too little, but eating unhealthy foods can also be a problem. Eating a well-balanced diet helps keep your blood sugar in check and prevents the sluggish feeling that occurs when your blood sugar drops.

    Anemia:

One of the most common reasons of fatigue in women is anemia. Iron deficiency can be caused by menstrual blood loss, putting women at risk. Red blood cells are required to transport oxygen to your tissues and organs.

    Depression:

It is commonly thought of as an emotional disorder, but it also contributes to various physical symptoms. The most common symptoms are headaches, fatigue and loss of appetite. Consult your psychologist if you’ve been feeling tired and “down” for more than a few weeks.

    fatigue

    Hypothyroidism:

The thyroid gland is a pea-sized gland located at the base of your neck. It regulates your metabolism, which is the rate at which your body turns fuel into energy. You may feel tired, sluggish and gain weight if the gland is underactive and your metabolism is too slow.

    Dehydration:

Your tiredness could be an indication of dehydration. Whether you work out or sit at a desk, your body requires water to function correctly and stay calm. You are already dehydrated if you are thirsty.

    What Are Symptoms Of Fatigue?

    Here are the common symptoms of fatigue;

    • Persistent tiredness or sleepiness
    • Headache.
    • Dizziness.
    • Muscle ache or soreness
    • Muscle weakness
    • Impaired decision-making and judgment
    • Irritability, for example, is an example of moodiness.
    •  Slowed reflexes and responses

What Is The Treatment For Fatigue?

If you have any underlying disease or health condition leading to fatigue, it is essential to seek treatment for that problem to get rid of fatigue.

If your fatigue is due to your lifestyle, you need to change your lifestyle.

    • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids.
    • Adopt healthy eating habits.
    • Regular exercise is essential
    • Avoid an overly demanding work or social schedule.
    • Participate in stress-relieving activities such as yoga.
    • Get enough rest.
    • Stay away from known stress triggers

Physical activity regularly can help reduce fatigue and improve sleep. Those who haven’t been physically active in a while should ease back into it, and you should exercise at the most productive time of day for them.

    Prevention Of Fatigue?

    Here are some of the ways to prevent fatigue;

    • Eat frequently to keep tiredness away
    • Don’t lie down all day, stay active
    • Lose weight in order to gain energy.
    • Rest well
    • Reduce stress to increase energy
    • Talking therapy also alleviates fatigue
    • Caffeine should be avoided.
    • Reduce your alcohol consumption.

Apart from all these preventive measures, you should consult the best general physician in Karachi to know the root cause of your fatigue.
