I’m really happy with my experience with Dr. Bisma. When I started my weight-loss journey with her, my weight was around 93 kg. In almost five weeks, I have reached 86 kg — around 7 kg of weight loss. What I liked most was that Dr. Bisma didn’t just give me a diet plan; she guided and motivated me throughout the journey. Her diet plan was practical, and with her regular guidance and support, I was able to stay consistent and see real results. This journey has given me more confidence and motivation to continue working toward my health and fitness goals. It was really great experience bcs she was really nice and explained everything, I have visited her before some days and fully satisfied 100% and really it's not easy to make me satisfied but Alhamdulillah we have someone really good nutrition in abbottabad.
