Therapy sessions were very helpful for me I learned how to better understand my emotions, overthinking, boundaries, and reactions. Compared to before, I now feel more calm, focused, and self-aware. During counselling, I received guidance on handling my life, family issues, and future goals in a healthier way. The therapist listened to me patiently and provided practical techniques that brought positive changes to my daily life. Overall, my experience was very good, and I feel a noticeable improvement in my mental health and personal growth.
