Dr. Awais is a good person, indeed. However, there was a lack of professionalism among the hospital staff. My appointment time was 6pm and I was allowed to meet the Dr at 6:48pm. I waited for an hour to meet the doctor. The P.A. was not familiar with the appointment process through the Marham app. He must be informed or trained by Dr. Awais that when someone books an appointment through Marham, they should be allowed to meet the doctor at the scheduled time.
