He and his staff talk you through every step of hte way, and unlike other clinics I have seen, they have your best interests at heart and do not pressure you into making an appointment, but rather simply give you the facts and let you decide. I would highly recommend his clinic. Many of my patients here in Canada consult with him for Femtosecond Laser Surgery.
