When we first started, my daughter was mostly using single words, had difficulty expressing her needs, and did not socialise much. Today, she is able to state her needs, communicate much better, socialise more, and has shown a noticeable improvement in her behaviour**. Seeing this progress has been incredibly heartwarming for us as parents. Dr. Anum has gone far beyond just conducting speech therapy sessions. She has been incredibly patient and understanding, even when my daughter had tantrums during online sessions. She built such a beautiful bond and relationship with her that my daughter became comfortable with her and engaged much better over time. She gave us little tips and strategies to use throughout the day, arranged activities, provided mouth exercises, prepared demos, and even gave us printouts so we could continue working with our daughter at home. She always explained everything to both me and her father and guided us through every question, no matter how small. What we appreciated most was how accommodating and supportive she has been. Whenever we needed an adjustment in her schedule, she tried her best to accommodate us. She even took missed sessions on weekends, which meant so much to us. Taking all the sessions virtually, she still managed to make them engaging, structured, and effective. She guided not only our daughter but us as parents as well, teaching us how to support her communication and development outside of therapy. After four months with Dr. Anum, we can genuinely see a difference in our daughter.
