Got my knee twisted during my badminton practice couple of weeks back which kept causing me pain despite of the treatment I received from my GP; pain killers and gel helped a bit but it didn't go away 100 percent. Then one of my racket pal suggested me a physiotherapy. Then I found this young talented physio on Marham App, she diagnosed the problem quickly and demonstrated few easy exercises and as a result I was pain free after a long time.
