A teenage having religious ocd and no particular knowledge of such mental illness could have suffer with long period of panic attacks, anxiety, depression and other numerous yet traumatising experiences if I hadn't start my councling on time; that too with a great physcologist who could guide better according to a young mind. Her friendly yet skillful approach helped me open up about and figure out all the mess I was in. With sessions currently going on having her on my side as my councilor and better as a friend makes it easy to successfully pass through the panic attacks, anxiety or intrusive thoughts that I still incounter. I am indeed truly grateful to her
