I wanted to consult about how to lose weight and control anxiety problem.A lot calories and junk food was being consumed.and anxiety attacks were also observed.so first dr.aiman suggested a psychlogical treatment because it plays an importqnt role in weight loss and then she prescribed a diet plan with low calories and nutrient rich foods. Deficiency of vitamin D, Mg and dehydration in body was also one of the main problems which facilitated anxiety attacks and that deficiency was fulfilled by dr.aiman's diet plan.and now maximum possible effort is being made to follow dr.aiman's diet plan.she also prescibed supplements for fulfulling the deficiency of vitamin D and calcium.Had a great experinece with dr.aiman 😊😊😊
