wanted to share my recent experience at your clinic. Firstly, I must commend you for your exceptional professionalism and the quality of care you provide. Your humility and dedication to your patients are truly commendable. However, I regret to inform you that my experience with your staff was disappointing. I found them to be quite rude and uncooperative. Despite my appointment being confirmed through the Marham app, they refused to accept it, which added unnecessary inconvenience to my visit. I believe excellent medical care should be complemented by a supportive and courteous staff, and unfortunately, this was not my experience on this occasion. I hope this feedback can contribute to improving the overall patient experience at your clinic.
