I'm Rimsha.I'm 21 years old I was suffering from severe back pain and buttock pain. I couldn't walk easily due to severe pain. Then i consulted with physio Dr Abdul Hanan. He diagonse spondylosis. I was taking pain killer as medication. But he told me to stop taking pain killers and do exercise therapy. He gave me six weeks plan of strengthening hip extension and lumbopelvic stability exercises. My six weeks plan is completed now. And I am feeling much better. In that period of therapy I did'nt feel need of any pain killer.my treatment is not completed yet I'm under treatment right now.thank you .
