I had such a great session with her. She really listened to me with so much patience and care and made me feel completely heard and made me feel comfortable enough to open up. I’ve been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks and she explained everything in such a calm and clear way. She helped me understand how my mental and physical health are connected and suggested breathing exercises and daily activities instead of medication, which I really appreciated. She told me to focus on my physical health because when that’s in balance, my mind will follow. She was kind, understanding and made me feel safe to open up. I left the session feeling lighter and more hopeful and I honestly can’t wait to have another session with her. In Sha Allah.

Mera beta OCD bemari main tha 2 saal se, uska behavior bhot agrressive tha study chor de thi. Mere bete k 2 session huwe hain bs dr sahiba k sath. Allhamdolillah mera beta itna behtreen hogya hain jo hum log family wale soch b nhi the skte. Hum bhot c duain dete hain dr sahiba ko wo qabeele tareef, jis andaz se wo mareez ko deal krti hain main n abi tak kisi ko is trah krte huwe nhi dekha. Hum apne betay ka treatment lahore se 1 saal lete rahe hain lakin wo soya rehta tha bs or koe kisi kisam ka faraq nhi aya tha. Allhamdolillah allah ka lakh lakh shukr hain aj mera beta bilkul theek hain.
